This page explains the website choice presented by the compact privacy panel. It does not replace the clinic's complete patient-data policy.
Essential storage remembers your privacy choice. Optional GA4 analytics remains off unless you allow it, and can be changed from the Privacy choices control.

Optional analytics
When allowed, GA4 may receive the page path, locale, page type, funnel stage and broad interaction categories used to improve navigation.
No message content in events
The analytics contract does not send patient name, email, phone number or message text as custom event parameters.
LINE consultation source link
Choosing LINE creates a random one-time reference. It is not linked to you unless you send the visible prefilled consent message. If you send it, the clinic may link the page, source and campaign that led to the chat with your LINE contact and later consultation, booking and payment outcomes for marketing attribution. An unsent reference expires after 30 minutes and is deleted automatically; a confirmed source-to-contact link may be retained for up to 26 months. This attribution link is kept separate from the medical record.

Use the Privacy choices control shown on the website. Choosing Essential only disables optional GA4 collection for this site.
